Our solutions-driven model is powered by our Chef Collaborative, Plant-forward Farm to Convenience locations and Catering & Events Services; which empowers our teams and collaborators to work on various initiatives towards culinary, food & nutrition education, workforce development, food waste reduction, and the necessary changes needed toward food equality for all communities through our 501c3 nonprofit Collective Food Works Inc.
Founders LaToya M. Meaders and Chef Femi Rodney Frazer are well versed in African Diaspora and Southern foodways, as it commemorates their collective roots. While incorporating these flavors from their vast culinary and cultural backgrounds into the food they serve, they also focus on community engagement, ensuring everyone gets a seat at the table with dignity.
